Delivery Areas

Made Active currently delivers to selected postcodes across Victoria, New South Wales and the Gold Coast. You can check whether we deliver to your postcode by selecting what you'd like to order and placing your postcode in the calendar section. 

Delivery Schedule

Orders are delivered on the following days:

• Orders placed before 10:00 pm Sunday are delivered Tuesday between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm.
• Orders placed before 10:00 pm Monday are delivered Wednesday between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm.
• Orders placed before 10:00 pm Wednesday are delivered Friday between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm.

Orders placed after the applicable cut-off time will be delivered on the next available delivery day.
Please note: We always try our best to stay within these windows, however sometimes we will deliver outside of these hours due to change in routes, traffic or heavy fulfillment days. 

Fresh Delivery

Our meals are made fresh and delivered chilled, never frozen. They are packed in insulated packaging with ice packs to help maintain a safe temperature during transit.

If you are not home when your order arrives, it will be left in a safe place where possible. We recommend refrigerating your meals as soon as possible after delivery.

Due to the meals being refrigerated, your icepack may not be frozen when you receive your meals due to the icepack being in the fridge, not freezer, it is however doing it's job to keep your meals cold. 

Delivery Changes

Once an order has entered production, we may not be able to change the delivery address or delivery date.

If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Delivery Issues

If there is an issue with your delivery, or your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@madeactive.com.au with your order number and photos where applicable.

We'll investigate the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
