We do not cater to any requirements at the moment unfortunately however most of our meal plans can be easily switched for options that suit you best - so why not try and see how you go first!
When will I get my meal plan & meals?
Your Meal Plan will be uploaded to the Made Active App every Thursday to ensure you have enough time to organise your week outside of the meals. Meals will be delivered to you each Friday prior to starting the plan on Monday.
How does the subscription work?
Each week, you’ll be charged $21.95 for your meal plan. You can pause, skip a week, or cancel at any time via the Newie app.
Do I have to order Made Active meals separately?
Yes, the $21.95 covers just the plan. You can then order meals that align with your plan directly from our menu. The plan is designed to simplify your shopping by clearly showing you what to order.
Do I have to start on a certain date?
Nope! You can start anytime. Your plan will be sent within 24 hours of signing up and renewed weekly.
Will I be eating the same thing every week?
Nope! Our plans rotate weekly with seasonal updates, and we mix up the meals you’re recommended to keep things interesting and sustainable.
How do I choose my goal (weight loss, maintenance, etc.)?
When signing up, you’ll select your goal and provide a few quick details (age, weight, activity level). We’ll use that info to tailor your plan.
